Michael Conway, a 1985 graduate of UL Lafayette in art and art history, is coming back to campus to share stories and insights from his brilliant 25 year career as Chief Administrative Officer at United Talent Agency—one of the premier talent agencies in the world. He also spent years as an art dealer and broker, and is an avid art collector.
He will speak in two separate venues on September 21, to cover different aspects of his career.
10 a.m. in Angelle Hall, room 125: Conway will speak to students interested in going into the business of entertainment (music, film, tv, etc.).
3 p.m. in Burke-Hawthorne Theatre: Conway will speak to artists and performers (artists, actors, musicians, dancers, etc.) interested in the ins and outs of representation by an agency like United Talent Agency.
